Zhuoyan Lu is a legal consultant based in Beijing, China. She provides regulatory and policy advice to clients on telecommunication, satellite, and space-related matters in China and the Asia-Pacific region. She advises clients on issues related to radio frequency license, satellite launch, VSAT, aviation, cybersecurity, foreign investment, import and export issues, and international space law, with special expertise in helping clients to meet regulatory requirements and obtain required licenses in China and internationally.
Zhuoyan is an adjunct faculty member of the International Space University, a member of International Aeronautics Academy, International Aeronautical Federation Committee on Space Security, and Women in Aerospace Europe. She previously practiced as clerk in Basic People’s Court and Intermediate People’s Court of China, and interned with United Nations Office for Legal Affairs and United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs.
