Michael Davila provides regulatory and legal consulting services for space and terrestrial telecommunication industries. He supports satellite and terrestrial operators seeking Federal Communications Commission authorizations, provides guidance on interpreting and implementing communications systems, supports the development of comments to shape FCC rules and policies, and provides litigation support to clients as needed.
Michael’s regulatory experience includes working for the Department of Interior in reviewing proposals and interacting with other federal agencies and regarding applications from a private non-governmental organization. Additionally, he has worked as a legal intern for a wireless infrastructure provider that manages indoor wireless networks.
Michael earned his B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, where he majored in the Legal Studies. He then went on to attend the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate in 2019.
