Jonathan Bair provides regulatory and strategic guidance to clients in both space and terrestrial telecommunications industries. Jonathan’s regulatory experience includes the development of applications for satellites and earth stations and other pleadings before the U.S. Federal Communication Commission on behalf of diverse client interests. He also been involved in various commercial transactions and assisted clients in business formation as well as drafting of service agreements.

Jonathan has professional experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked in-house with companies on matters ranging from compliance with current and proposed FCC rules to critical national policy initiatives impacting the business. Jonathan’s communications experience is complemented by his clerkship with the Honorable Juan G. Villaseñor of the 8th Judicial District in Colorado, providing him with insight into judicial resolution of administrative and transactional disputes. He also has expertise in intellectual property rights and experience in patent prosecution and litigation.

Jonathan holds degrees in chemistry and biochemistry and earned a J.D. from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he was an editor for the Colorado Technology & Law Journal.
