Jennie White is telecommunications consultant specializing in US and international licensing, policy, and regulatory issues in the satellite and telecommunications industry. She brings to LMI Advisors a unique perspective from more than two decades of experience in writing, publishing, program management, higher education, and international relations.
Ms. White manages global regulatory projects to implement cost-effective compliance strategies and ensure satellite and earth station operations are appropriately authorized. In this connection, she conducts and coordinates research on international telecommunications laws and regulations, as well as foreign market access issues.

Jennie advises clients on U.S. Federal Communication Commission rulemaking and licensing proceedings, including preparation of comments on satellite and earth station proposals, proposed service rules, and spectrum access provisions.

She also assists clients in developing FCC applications for satellite systems and earth station operations, as well as proposals to offer niche satellite services and operate advanced satellite mobility systems before foreign telecommunications regulatory authorities.
