Jason Davila is a telecommunications consultant specializing in U.S. regulatory and policy issues in the satellite and wireless telecommunications industries.  He works closely with the FCC to obtain commercial and experimental authorizations for various satellite and terrestrial operations. He helps clients navigate the FCC’s complex rules and policies to implement cost-effective regulatory strategies and ensure compliant satellite earth station operations.

Jason’s regulatory experience also includes licensing of broadband mobility applications for the aviation, maritime and government sector, as well as low-Earth orbit satellite networks employing innovative nanosatellite technologies.

Jason’s experience extends to the terrestrial wireless industry, where he drafts and negotiates commercial contracts for the deployment of wireless systems that support national carriers and emergency first responders.  He has a keen understanding of issues relating to the use of unlicensed spectrum and works extensively in the hospitality, government and property management sectors to help deliver innovative wireless services to his clients.
