Hany Eldeib is a telecommunications consultant specializing in planning and due diligence for satellite communications networks. His expertise includes the technical, commercial, and regulatory aspects of introducing a new service or expanding an existing service. He has performed market analysis for the introduction of new technologies and developed business cases for new satellite projects. He has also worked on ensuring that the regulatory requirements for international business development deals in satellite communications are met. Hany also provides strategic analysis and advice on the Middle East region.
While working for the largest satellite operator in the world, Hany was responsible for planning all aspects of satellite projects serving Europe, Africa, and the Middle East as well as South America. He travelled extensively in these locations to support the success of his projects as Vice President, Network Planning. He has an in-depth understanding of the value of spectrum and of the ITU filing process for orbital slots and frequency spectrum, and knows how to use this process strategically.
