Blake Wiles


Blake Wiles is a telecommunications consultant specializing in the U.S. and international regulatory issues in the satellite and broadband industries. Such regulatory issues include satellite and earth station licensing, spectrum management, and foreign market access.

Blake has particular experience with non-geostationary orbit satellite constellations, assisting clients with licensing, policy development, and regulatory compliance matters in the United States and foreign jurisdictions. He helps develop innovative and client-tailored solutions in facilitating the introduction of new systems and services in the context of antiquated regulatory frameworks.

Blake has additional experience with transactional matters, including contract drafting and review; client advocacy in Federal Communications Commission rule-making and application proceedings; and pursuit and satisfaction of government contracts.
